Armagold is a London-based family-run lending business. We make short term (up to two years) development loans to UK corporate borrowers only.
Our typical borrower is a real estate developer that is either rehabbing an existing property, converting a home into several flats or building from scratch on vacant land.
We require borrowers to have an investment themselves in the project.
We offer quick decisions.
Our rates vary from 10% pa – 15% pa depending on LTV, term length and security. Feel free to contact us below. However we don’t lend on projects where our loan to value is over 65%.
